Employer’s Part:

Demand Letter
The employer will formally issue a demand letter in favor of IOS stating:

Job Description/Category

• Number of workers required in each category
• Monthly salary
• Duration of contract/Permanent
• Other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage
• Accommodation etc

Power of Attorney
The employer will also issue a Power of Attorney authorizing to select and recruit people on behalf of the client and to deal with the local authorities like consulate/ embassy/ foreign affairs office.
